We have studied thoroughly the location of our plantations. They are the result of a careful analysis of soil quality rainfall, topography of the land, luminosity, access to roads and qualified human resources.

Ecuador is a country that is outside of hurricane zones, as well as winds that could spoil the growth of the forest.

Balzar, located in the Guayas province, where our first plantations began has rainfall levels ranging between 1,200mm and 2,000mm per year. All the plantations have very good natural drainages, floors of great quality and natural sunlight
